Prowise 4K Camera: Why do I get the message 'Camera is not connected to the screen in the Move app'?

The Prowise Move app uses a depth camera. This depth camera is only present in the Move Camera. The Prowise 4K camera does not have a depth camera and therefore does not work with the Prowise Move app.

For the Prowise 4K camera, you can use the Move World app, which is available in the Prowise app store.
